Hunters Bend is alright. I moved from there 12/09 for two years. I went through two managers during that time. If you go look in your a/c vent, there is black mold up there. I suggest you have them clean it professionally not just vacumn it out. No, they need a duct cleaning. The carpet it will get ruined. Guess what I noticed! The carpet begins to get very filthy. Why? Maintenance is really sloppy, the grounds arent kept, the maintenance man doesnt want to do his repairs on the units. The pool has not been filled for days and it is now making a noise (lets see how long it takes to open the line to fill it). The man claims he has 25 plus years, I think he is just lazy. Will the real owners please do something about this problem? HELP!!!!
I have lived at this apt. complex for 3 years. It is very quiet and nice place to live. There are all one bedroom apts. so there are no large families are many people and children in one unit like some of the other apt. complexes. They have security at night. The staff is real nice and I enjoy living here.
