Ended up going here while on a trip with my class. I tried the dry rub ribs as well as the brisket and pulled pork. Starting with my sides: -Green beans were excellent. Well seasoned and cooked wonderfully. -Garlic mashed potatoes were okay at best. There was very little garlic in then it seemed and they were a tad dry. Meats: -Pulled pork had good flavor to it, however it was also dry. -Brisket had okay flavor, but nothing special and was also fairly dry. -Dry rub ribs were that to an extreme. Love The Cube! Use them for most of my events at work. Vanessa and her staff are amazing and the food is even better!! Everything is made from scratch so the home cooked meals are perfect every time!

So so so good! You can taste the "fresh" and the smoke from their meat smoked in house in the air when you first walk in just adds to the legitimacy of the place. If you're look for some good local BBQ, this is the place!
