Listen I love real BBQ. And I visited this place four times before reviewing so I knew it was the real deal. And it's not the Cube saying this, it's me. Forget every other BBQ make believe place in ABQ. This IS legit great food made by wonderful people. Trust me, it is the best by far!

The Cube BBQ was a recommendation given to me by a co-worker. A friend and I were going to Popejoy Hall last week and wanted to have dinner beforehand. I cannot give the appropriate praise for this authentic, made from scratch barbecue restaurant. The collard greens reminded me of my Southern roots. The sweet potatoes were slightly chunky, not smothered in artificial sweeteners. The sweet tea, was perfection. Quality. Quantity. Satisfaction.
