I took my brother and his girlfriend out for their 21st birthday yesterday Sunday around midnight bartender was completely unprofessional and called out a 21 year old in front of WHOLE busy bar for not tipping and wasn’t our intention to not tip I was actually going to give him cash out of my purse but after that he deserved nothing for calling out my brother and embarrassing him in front of a whole busy bar I loved the cub and was excited for them to experience but we will NEVER be back after that experience.
We had a reservation for 8:15 and when we got there we were Told it would be about 15 minutes and then we would be seated. We waited and then at 8:35 we sat down. After getting our drinks, it took about 15 mins for him to get our order! We waited and got our salads, then we waited some more but our server was not attentive to us at all. Very hostile environment. Security guard assaulted my friend when kicking him out instead of just asking them to leave first. Horrible experience. Kicked us all out when my friends wern't even with this person and we were playing pool by ourselves not bothering anyone. Never spending money here again tbh
