This review is way overdue. I had an appointment for highlights/ balyage. First she wanted to see me in person to check my hair and to give me an estimate for the job that needed to be done. Last minute she canceled that appointment. She asked me to book an appointment for the coloring without checking my hair . I booked the appointment. To begin with, she was late. I was coming in for hair color but she seemed to think cut also. She spent more time putting her things away and talking about everything and nothing. Her next client arrives and works us both in. After spending 3 hours, went home with wet hair. I knew more about her previous jobs and how to get Marilyn Monroe's hair color. Waste of my time and money.
