I wanted to take my Grandson ( vision impaired) on an Alaskan Cruise. Stopped in to see Mark 2/14/24. He did his magic, ( bonus Mark was going on this cruise too.) I walked out of the office with airline tickets and a cruise booked. Mark was and is so helpful no matter how many times I called or checked in , he is friendly, and knowledgeable about more vacations on land or sea. I've known Mark a long time and when it came time for us to take our 1st cruise, I reached out to get info. He was professional and answered so many (so, so many!) emails with first timer questions. He was so informative and gracious and detailed. When we had a couple of problems after we booked (our fault), he helped us resolve the issues quickly. We had such an amazing time on our Alaska cruise and we can't wait to look for other cruises now. Thanks, Cruiseman!
