I was referred to Mary at the Cruise Lady. She was very helpful and responsive to our needs. She returned my multiple calls promptly and provided all the information I needed. I found her to be very helpful. I changed my plans once or twice and she never became frustrated or irratated. She remained pleasant and professional. I would recommend them.
After speaking to Debbie, I can tell that nobody is beating down their doors to go on a trip through the cruise lady. Totally unprofessional and her attitude was ungrateful that somebody actually called them interested in a trip. Avoid at all costs!!!
