Robin handled all of the details of our Norwegian Cruise perfectly. All of our transfers, air travel, pre-cruise hotel & even the issues with food allergies was taken care of. I will be letting everyone we know that they should call Concierge Travel for a fantastic customer service experience, and we also got the lowest price. 7/21/08 Robin- I want to let you know that we just returned from our cruise. We had a wonderful time. Everything was perfect, no problems at all. Even the weather was perfect every day. We love Princess cruise lines because they do a wonderful job. We also want to thank you for the gifts we received on board, the $100 onboard credit, the wine and the tray of canapes. I am the Manager of a top Chevrolet dealer in St. Louis, MO and we were referred to The Cruise Experts from a customer. We just got back from a great 3 day weekend in the Bahamas that honored the Top Sales people in the Greater St. Louis area.
