The one word that comes to mind when expressing my thoughts about this company is....WORTHLESS! They got the cruise booked after we told them where we wanted to go, they took our money and then...basically nothing. We finally just decided to work with Royal Caribbean on all the paperwork required for our cruise to Cuba. These guys are amazing – We called up The Cruise Authority after spending a lot of time looking around on the internet. We found it all very confusing and just wanted someone to help us out and plan a great trip for us. We ended up working with Leslie, who was just terriffic. She helped us select the right ship and itenerary for us, made sure we got into a good cabin (no noise!) and generally planned every step of our trip. We couldn't have asked for anything more. NOT helpful cruise authority – We went with the Cruise Authority because we needed guidance on what ship was best for kids and looking at the actual cruise line sites is confusing and overwhelming. After help(and not great help) choosing the cruise we would go on, we basically had to do the rest ourselves. It was easier for me to call the cruise line direct to get answers than it was dealing with my agent at Cruise Authority. We had absolutely NO contact with our agent unless we contacted her. Cruise Authorithy is the best you can not go wrong booking your trip threw these guys!!!!!! – We have been with Cruise Authority for about 3 yr now. Danat is the best what ever we want thats what we get. Never had a problem. Everything is smooth and easy going. I really would refer my family and friend to book threw you guys.
