I almost never write reviews, but the Crouches deserve a good one. They’re wonderful people and they’ll do a wonderful job for you.
Tremendous, family run group. Each and every one of them on the team helped me at one point or another with everything I needed. They sold my old home, got me into a new one and always looked out for me when I needed the guidance. I would definitely recommend for your realtor needs!
Would not recommend, especially if you are out of the area and trying to move to Roanoke. Slow response times, little follow through, virtually no guidance or assistance. 2 stars instead of 1: we did get sent a single listing to view before it hit the market (liked it, house was above market though) and after we directly asked our agent did drive us to see the listings (we were house hunting from Nova and had taken the train down) we did have to walk to the first listing though.
