every one of the individuals ive encountered working at crossroads are as kind,helpful,and accomidating as they can be..namely...JP, I got off driving a truck fairly early in the day..and i was dog tired..she accommidated me with a room immediately...and not have to wait till 2 or 3. i really apprec8ated that. there was no chair in the room, and i cant sit on a bed and watch tv...within 15 min of being there...maintanance brought me high end leather chair...its nicely lit at night..and no noise..its my new...home when come t... read more
Roaches, dirty pillows, no smoke detector, weird stains, room was extremely hot, AC barely works. As soon as we got food delivered for dinner we were swarmed by roaches, left the same day we arrived, absolutely disgusting. 0/10 don't recommend.
