Great value and great customer service
Hôtel à fuir, une organisation catastrophique et un manque total d'hygiène ! Nous sommes arrivés à 16h30 (pour un check-in à 15h), la chambre n'était pas prête. La manager, totalement dépassée, n'arrivait pas à joindre le personnel de ménage. Nous comprenons que cela peux arriver mais on nous à fait attendre 30 min donc on s'attend a une chambre PARFAITEMENT nettoyé pour être si en reatrd.
