I have asked for opinion about this surgery and unfortunately most of them are negative! I'm sure there's some ethical and proper staff training issues but i can't say that the doctors at this surgery are bad. Most issues are about customer service not qualify of care. It's definitely safe to use this practice just get in to the consideration this, that someone can call you names, be rude and make you feel uncomfortable. Your choice! 👍

This general practice is a shocking how they treat the patients and getting a way from their poor care and maners, receptionist and the doctor. My sister has been going for many months to be referred to a dietitian and all she got a respond from a doctor telling her what to eat after 5 months of waiting. Bear in mind my sister can't hardly speak English! My sister asked the doctor to write it down for her as her English is poorly. Rude reception staff!! And the doctors don't seem to want to help .. been struggling with serious back pain for three years now ,to be told three different things ! And then to be told I have wear and tear at 31 and to keep taking pain killers that don't work !
