I can honestly say I'm a guest here because my boyfriend lives here and what I've noticed is that since management has changed that the apartments have gone down the drain and that the pool is dirty and never cleaned correctly anymore the apartment manager is never in her office never answers the phone and the maintenance woman is so disrespectful and I was honestly thinking of getting an apartment here but not anymore there are other apartments on Flowing Wells that are better then American village.

We have a 3 and a 4 bedroom apartment available immediately, to nice & polite people.
If you want a nice place to live come to American Village. If you think your going to be here about 2-3 years you end staying 10 because of how friendly it is. The kids here are sweet and get along with the older ones. They take care of you when your sick. They visit you when you need to talk. All repairs are done quickly! So if your looking for wonderful place to live American Village is the place.
