I recently was having some flooding in my apartment that lasted about 3 days . The main line was backed up being that I’m on the bottom floor I caught the bad end of the stick however The crossing maintenance employees Chase and Jarvis both exhausted their options before telling me they would have to reach out to Jackson who ultimately solved the issue. To Whom It May Concern: The Harris Family would like to extend a huge thank you to our maintenance team! Chase and Jarvis are the best that have been in our community. Our microwave went out, and Chase made an order the same day given the work request. Upon arrival, Chase and Jarvis installed the brand new microwave and did it with grace and dignity.
