I recently moved in and have had a great experience so far. Andrew and Simone were incredibly helpful with all of my questions and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. The apartment is well-maintained, and maintenance is very responsive. The neighbors are friendly, and the staff does a great job creating community with events that make it easy to get to know people. Overall, I’m very happy with my new home and would recommend it!

Expensive and inept management.
Do not move here. My apartment was full of bugs. There were huge gaps in the entry doors killing my utility bills. There is absolutely no parking, they won’t even guarantee you one space to park. The police are there all the time, they had car break ins and didn’t think it was essential to alert their residents. You are charged for community utilities. I’ve lived here for a little over a year and anytime I’ve ever needed anything our groundsman Greg has been there for us! He is so helpful and the kindest soul!!! My daughter and I love it here!!
