Called in looking for a luxury apartment to rent , spoke with Andrew who was great answered all my questions emailed me everything I needed to make my decision. Set an appointment with him the next day to see the unit. Showed me everything the apartments include! Thank you again Andrew I appreciate all your help!
UPDATE: Lyon Township Building Code onsite today and confirmed door not up to code. I live in a Dietz managed community (The Crossings, New Hudson) and spent months trying to get safety issues addressed including a front door that would not latch, lock, or seal properly — where on one occasion prevented entry into the unit. After 6+ months of repeated complaints and multiple failed maintenance fixes, a licensed contractor confirmed the door frames need replaced. I've lived here since June and have very little positive feedback; slowly documenting ongoing management and quality issues across the community. Don’t let the pretty exterior of the buildings fool you and don’t brush off the negative reviews about quality and management. I've been communicating with management since July over safety issues with my doors and windows, causing constant issues with the doors not locking/unlocking or sealing properly, AC/heat issues and tons of noise seeping in through the gaps. I am currently renting at The Crossings in New Hudson, MI. I've been here for the last 15 months, while waiting for my house to be built in the neighboring city of Green Oaks. The staff is extremely friendly, always welling to help me with anything I don't know have experience with. I love all the different activities they put together to get the community involved.
