i have been at this complex for a year now. changing management has been a disaster. the staff are inconsiderate of their residents. i have called them on multiple times about the resident portal and not having access to it.one of their staff told me that they were going to fix it and never called back than the next time i asked about it she said she couldn't fix the issue she would have to call for support. they are very unorganized and the gym is nasty and never have complimentary water in the gym. trash is everywhere in t... read more
