Very unprofessional office management who hire the cleaners to clean the units out for them, that is long over due for replacement as far as we saw, first hand in our oppinion)..Angel, the head manager, we found disturbing and Stephanie , who verbally and sarcastically attacked my fiance, who had not done anything to her, who was kind to her as I was there both times. As usual, Angel and your staff have been outstanding during these difficult times. Our handy men rise to all occasion. Very comforting to see them taking care of the fallen trees, almost before the last raindrop. Just want to say I am more than impressed with the drainage system at the Crossings.
