Shaheem who works on the maintenance team is always available to assist and answer questions. He has great customer service skills which is hard to find in today's working environments. The front office staff has also been a pleasure anything that needed correction they jumped right on it and they are always exuding positivity and smiles. I have been here a year and I'm only moving because I need to move closer to work. Great community they have really stepped up!
Asking for a rating on tours to boost this complex is not fair or indicative of ZRS and their lack of care for residents here. Not a luxury apartment they claim. So unfair to the people suffering from the management co lack of professionalism or consideration for residents. I witnessed property manager crying (have audio) that the property management company wouldn’t let her take care of the residents here and it shows. She has since left. ‼️This is for maintenance only. This review does not reflect management or the leasing office.‼️ Shaheem has been an amazing on duty maintenance personnel. He is always zipping around the complex doing the most he can in the day, genuinely connects with the residents and says hello/greets us whenever he sees us around the complex. He also follows up with residents he sees around the complex to ensure any problem he fixes stays fixed and doesn’t need any follow ups.
This review is for maintenance, NOT the leasing office & my overall tenure here. Maintenance is always prompt & polite. Shaheem has been the "on duty" maintenance that I typically see most often. If things take longer than expected he has no problem is explaining wait times & what's required to fix whatever issue you have. He is truly a gift to this community.
