Este lugar es muy putrefacto e inhabitable, están más pendientes de multarte con unas medidas tan absurdas de las basuras cuando ellos mismo dejan 3 a 4 días las bolsas sin recoger.No limpian las áreas comunes de los edificios, dejan basuras regadas, no limpian las telarañas,no suplen las necesidades de los arreglos internos de los apartamentos , porque están más pendiente en robarle la plata a la gente con multas absurdas , que no gestionar una buena administración.

My year lease here is almost up & my experience here has been very poor. When I first moved in I overpaid hundreds of dollars in rent for 3-4 months until there was finally a property manager to fix the issue and all I received was a credit in the amount I overpaid to my regardless of the financial bind it put me in. I am definitely frustrated living here; my wife has been reporting a hole in the ceiling for months, yet they haven't even bothered to come and check it out. Now they are charging an absurd $25 fee for leaving trash outside the bag, even though my wife sent emails twice explaining that the trash actually belonged to the neighbors. I live here, and I deeply regret signing a 15-month lease. The common areas are filthy, the buildings are in terrible condition, and the stairwells are covered in stains; honestly, this place is awful and unlivable. I have never been able to speak with the manager in person, and the assistant is never willing to help—he always has an excuse for everything and is very inexperienced. On top of that, my packages have gone missing in the mail room multiple times, and they never offer a solution for anything.
