Do not move in! The leasing team is extremely rude and unhelpful, and the homes have serious bug infestations. My dog and I have both had allergic reactions, yet management refuses to properly treat the problem. Their response? “GA is a buggy state.” We even offered to arrange times when my dog wouldn’t be home so treatment could happen, but all we ever hear is, “You’re on the list.” And don’t expect to enjoy the pool—management failed to schedule the inspection on time, so it was shut down for the entire summer. The service is terrible, the administration is always in a bad mood, they don't have quality of service, they get upset about everything, the truth is that it's the worst complex I've seen, they don't have maintenance on the pool
My best advice is to AVOID reside under this company management. At this location specifically, you need to beg the personnel to do their job and simply walk you through processes as simple as a move in, transfer apartments and move out - that includes management - Please keep searching where to live in the best affordable way because this one beside that is dirty all the time, mail boxes are damaged and it is full of personnel that play with your money and time without remorse.
