I have had a positive experience with the current management team and Dominique is very nice and easy to work with, as well as the new maintenance team..I have lived here a long time over "7" years.. I don't have a problem with my neighbors or other residents, Loitering/playing loud music. I applied to these apartments back in December and received my approval letter on January 9. The letter had the deposit in the moving amount along with the apartment unit and move-in date. However, I received a phone call from the complex stating they had a system outage and I would need to go back to the verification process, but that nothing should change. Called twice today spoke with Arriel. Im a say this, she the best. Gave time to hear my issues and explained everything clearly
I went to do a tour here yesterday with my friend. When we walked into the leasing office, we were greeted with a disgusted look and felt as if they did not want us there. My friend said that the lady had rolled her eyes at her when she walked through the door. We asked could we get a tour and we were given a key and told to do the tour ourselves.
