I lived in a 2nd story 2 bed 2 bath apartment with attached garage for 5 years, 2020-2025. My unit was a corner unit, so 3 outside walls. Negatives: Gets very cold in the winter, poor insulation, single pane windows, drafty doors, and the furnace cannot keep up. Even with thermostat set to 68° in winter, I’d often wake up to 60-65°. This community is very nice and I feel pretty safe here. The area is clean and I dont really have any issues. The office staff is very friendly and takes care of things in a timely manner, which I really appreciate!
I lived at The Crossings for five years and it was very bittersweet to leave! Shonnie and her team in the front office supported me with any questions or needs I had, and the maintenance team was prompt and thorough when I made a request. Very highly recommend!!
Management here is awesome. Shonnie goes above and beyond for her residence to ensure that questions and concerns don’t go unanswered.
We have lived at The Crossings for almost 8 years. We love the location and the neighborhood. All the staff at the Cossings are friendly and try to make things right as quickly as possible if a problem arises. They also have several fun events for the residents throughout the year. This is also a very pet friendly property and we enjoy greeting other neighbors while out walking our pup.
