I lived here for 13 months, while the apartments are decently sized, they have some of the worst insulation and heating/cooling of anywhere I’ve ever lived. My last heating bill for the month of January was $395, and during that period of time, the apartment could not heat above 60 degrees. I had multiple $300+ bills in the summer and winter, despite weatherproofing the unit with curtains and window film. I have lived at this complex for almost 2 years and it has been the best apartment experience my life. Julia has been basically holding my hand the whole time, but I have to give credit to the whole office staff for always being prompt and easy to interact with. Whether it was simple questions or maintenance concerns, I felt comfortable and confident that things would be handled properly. Thank you for all that you do!
I love having Google Fiber in my apartment at the Crossings. A big plus!
THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE AND TERRIBLY MISMANAGED!!! DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! The property manager, Shonnie, is a joke. She constantly is out of office and when she is at the leasing office, she is too busy on her phone for personal calls. No notice on maintenance repairs and potholes all over parking lot. Buildings cracking and wood rot all over. Be ready when it rains because if you live on ground level then your apartment most likely will be flooded.
