5/5 stars for maintenance guy Travis! He came in and fixed my issue very quickly and had a smile on his face the whole time. Super friendly and he took everything I said seriously and wanted to make sure I had no complaints. Great personality and super helpful.
I moved into my townhome at The Crossing Apts in May. I love the space I have now and still can’t believe I found everything I was looking for. I desperately wanted a townhome but I also wanted a pool. In fact, that was my non-negotiable. The day I moved in 2 of the smoke detectors were chirping. The maintenance staff worked diligently to fix the problem even when it seemed one of them would never stop chirping. The maintenance team is the Best! Travis always completes repairs efficiently & correctly the first time! I have never had to call them multiple times for any issue! A good maintenance team who are knowledgeable and friendly definitely makes apartment living better!
I’ve had my gripes with maintenance since moving in in June, but we got Travis tonight for the first time to work on our AC unit and an electrical outlet, and he was phenomenal. He was prompt (here in less than 45 minutes after hours). He explained everything that was wrong and what he was doing to fix it, and that what wasn’t fixed on this visit will be fixed as soon as parts arrive. I just moved in recently and greatly enjoy living here. Travis with the maintenance team is excellent and is able to fix whatever you need. Alyssa and Charity at the leasing office are also wonderful, making moving in a very simple and easy process.
