Not sure why my 1st review was remove i lived there for a short time due to property manager Mary harassing me as well as allowing several people to live in units over occupancy now 6 months later a receive a finally bill claiming owing for not cleaning of unit when in September I received my deposit but I did owe for utilities.i continue to be harass by Mary the the crossing manager not ok
Thank you to the property manager Mary Brown for supporting As In this properties last year, I was struggling living in a hotel and that friend’s house heard her team was able to get me in due to having bad credit and domestic violence issues. I live here in absolutely amazing
Like quietness of community. Cleanliness. Timeliness of repairs. Near Fred Meyers, Starbucks, Taco bell, Wendy's, Dollar tree. Easy to freeway. Not far from Clackamas Town Center and Gladstone/Milwaukie.
