I'm writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the management of this property, specifically regarding the parking situation and ongoing harassment. The parking availability is woefully inadequate; with only 7 spots for one side of a 28-unit building, it's clear there aren't enough spaces for residents. Beyond the parking issues, I've experienced repeated harassment from the leasing office and downstairs neighbors. This has been the best renting experience I’ve ever had. The apartments and buildings are all clean and new. The staff are friendly and quickly respond to emails. I have never needed maintenance, but they do an excellent job keeping the grounds looking good and the amenities taken care of. Any issues with amenities are fixed immediately. There is plenty of parking available if you don’t have a garage and the area is well lit at night.
