Staff are the best people we’ve had the pleasure of interacting with. The leasing management however are your usual slumlords small text is a big thing with these guys make sure to read and scan through multiple times if you dare give any push back they act like you are insane and then deny on their end. It was nice having a roof over our head with them but I would rather be out on the street rather than renew here another year.
I just noticed in their contract that month to month payments still require a 60 day move out notice? Make it make sense. Contractually they need to gouge the renter out of an extra $3000??
This is a terrible place to live, there is not enough parking and that’s not even the worst part of it all. This place will harass you to no end, without proof and without investigating. They will make you feel like a criminal in your own home.
We have lived here for almost a year and have renewed for a second year. Amenities are great, the apartments are up to date, and the property is kept very clean. They host fun resident events and help to create a sense of community. I love the access to the trail and nearby dog park. Management, leasing, and maintenance are all helpful and attentive.
Love living here. Very clean and quiet…great amenities. They are quick to respond to any issues. Hoping to stay here for quite a while!
