I have been here 1.5yrs, at first things were great! Maintenance came anytime I put in a request and fixed any issue I had. As of couple months ago that has not been the case. I put in multiple requests and no one came, never even got a message other than they received my Maintenance request. I have sent a couple of emails/messages asking about various other things, with no response. There are kids riding bikes into cars in the parking lot and no one does anything about it.
