I have been here 1.5yrs, at first things were great! Maintenance came anytime I put in a request and fixed any issue I had. As of couple months ago that has not been the case. I put in multiple requests and no one came, never even got a message other than they received my Maintenance request. I have sent a couple of emails/messages asking about various other things, with no response. There are kids riding bikes into cars in the parking lot and no one does anything about it. Since October 31st I put the order that the A/C is not working, I have spoken to all the people I can to get this resolved and the only answer I have is that they are going to send someone to fix it, they have come many times and they cannot fix it, they said they have to change it 2 months ago and they have not resolved anything, on March 18th they sent other people but they could not fix it either, they put in a window A/C that we had to remove separately that started making a noise they put it in the worst way, they have ... read more
