Old Fotos, old apartments, offices always closed, nobody answered the phone, bad maintenance. Hi rent for old and dirty apartments, go somewhere else.
Very good attention Mrs. Cecilia was excellent and with a lot of patience, She helped me in everything, I really liked my apartment
Mrs. Cecilia was lovely, she treated me very well and convinced me to rent in Crossing.
Very good location. While the garden maintenance is consistent, they don't bother to address or improve the state of the rain erosion. The gutters leak, and they don't do anything by cleaning them once the water is leaking onto the walls, which then fills them with mold. They also don't repair clogged drains because the owners don't want to fix anything serious. They only do what's cheap and easy. The maintenance man does come promptly, but the aforementioned issues have been going on for years.
I love this apartment—it's secure, clean, and quiet.
