I would strongly recommend staying away from The Crossings at Quail Hollow Apartments. I have had ongoing issues with my air-conditioning unit since I moved in back in March. I have submitted 15+ maintenance requests, and every single time I’ve been told the issue was fixed, only for the AC to stop working again shortly afterward. After months of dealing with this, I was finally told that they would replace the entire AC system. I hope you read this comment before you rent an apartment in this complex. They are terrible—especially the management. Not even 5% of what they offer is true; they promised the pool would be ready for summer, but it was only open for about three weeks. Four months have passed since I submitted four repair requests, and still nothing. I’ve seen three different property managers come and go in less than a year.
