Last week I had the pleasure of meeting Alec Moreno for a tour of The Legacy, and I was very impressed by the kind, attentive staff—there was a sweet live music performance going on in the living room for residents, and the community felt bright and nurturing. When the time comes for my parents to receive a higher level of care, we will definitely circle back.
The staff are rude and unhelpful, she is the nurs or med tech , I’m not sure who you are but you can’t just yell at people like crazy , you are not my boss , you didn’t pay me a damn to do my job , if you want someone to do something for you than you have to talk with respect. The way you act and talk to me look like crazy woman who has no education, behave yourself next time and listen to people first before you open your bad mouth to talk. also the receptionist is rude and unfriendly.
