Not a safe place to live in during my stay there, my incoming Mail got stolen 3 times, my outgoing mail got stolen twice, 2 packages on my door got stolen, 3 cars were hit and run during the night, the police, Ambulance and fire engines were there at least once a month, half of the street lights in the parking lot are not working, the gate was broken at least 5 times, not that it help, since all you have to drive in is follow another entering car, and side pedestrian gate is always open. Not a good place to live in, no space for parking (only 1 car per apartment), and most renters have 2 cars or more. Visitors double park, or start honking to pick up friends even at Midnight. Too loud place due to its location. Bed bug infestation. Cheap construction, all vinyl, plastic bathrooms and kitchen. Non responsive management/maintenance. Not remodeled for 12 years now, dirt everywhere, and dozen of stray cats...
Just heard from my neighbor that his car got stolen from within the underground garage. This apartment is not safe anymore because of the number of times cars get broken into yet the management just shrugs their shoulder about it. Yeah, that security patrol car never catches anyone because he just patrols between 8 pm till 1 am. I know because I come home around 1:30 am and see that patrol car's guard sleeping in his car as it's parked. I'm ready to leave this place as soon as possible.
