This place is horrible and their policies are horrible. Constant noise and coming and goings in the hallways 24/7. Faulty fire alarm system going off every 15 minutes and it is a wall unit mounted on the bedroom wall so that when this thing goes off at 1 AM it's shrill loud screech will hurt your ears and keep you up all night. I disconnected mine one night in order to get some sleep. It was two screws and one wire held by a set screw. I’m living here currently, and I’ve paid the rent on time or a week early for the entirety of my tenancy. I had a $200.00 credit in my account, and on July 1st I was subject to pay my owed amount. I paid the rent on July 5th, and I was told I would have to pay an additional $75.00 late fee. I was told the rent had to be paid on July 4th and the national holiday didn’t matter. Been living here for a couple years now. Started on the second floor and now living on the fourth. Eagle ponds staff is great. We love the community here. Our apartment hasnt had anybig problems but I know if it did it would be fixed asap.

Great place to call home. My wife and I have lived here for over 10 years and we couldn’t be happier! The office staff and our manager Stephanie are accessible, supportive and always seek to meet our needs. Our friendly maintenance men respond promptly to all our requests or questions. There has been many upgrades to the property throughout the years keeping our building appealing and clean. I highly recommend you consider making The Crossing at Eagle Pond your new apartment home.
