It’s ok. I have to agree with reviewer VMB’s comment about the water, though. When I first moved in, the water got very hot as soon as you turned it on—almost like hot water on demand. I was especially impressed, being on the top floor. HECK YEAH. AWESOME. Then, this past fall, they “fixed” the boiler. Now, as other reviewers have mentioned, it takes several minutes to get hot (if it gets hot at all). Place has steadily gone down hill since we moved in. They arent willing to update anything unless they can makes extra money but that's about it. Office management is far from desirable and both ladies seem like they really don't care and it shows. Maintenance staff has been replaced several times and the guys are currently rude and more then likely rely on YouTube videos. We've lived here for 6 months and really like our apartment. Okay here's the good and the bad: PROS + Awesome property manager (Jamie). She's very personable, listens to concerns, and goes above and beyond to resolve issues. + Affordable and spacious 2 bed/2 bath apts with California split layout and large balconies + Free carport for every apt + Option of taking the elevators or stairs + Can pay rent and submit maintenance requests through the app + No buzzer system! After reading the reviews i see nothing has change in the 12 yrs ive been gone ! I had the first year $99 a month deal and it still wasn’t worth it . Noise always in the halls , Several drug heads asked if i wanted any right in front of office , my car was broke in twice and both times no cameras were working! And now they want $1100 for 350 square feet ! A case of you don’t always get what you pay for !!
This place is horrible and their policies are horrible. Constant noise and coming and goings in the hallways 24/7. Faulty fire alarm system going off every 15 minutes and it is a wall unit mounted on the bedroom wall so that when this thing goes off at 1 AM it's shrill loud screech will hurt your ears and keep you up all night. I disconnected mine one night in order to get some sleep. It was two screws and one wire held by a set screw.
