love love love eagle pond - i’ve lived here since 2017 and it’s a comfy place to call home. things have improved year over year - new washers / dryers, a market, new carpet in halls, new fitness center, etc. you’ll love it here too :)
I have lived here for 6 years and absolutely love it! The office staff are amazing as is the maintenance staff! If people complaining about the freight elevator being down for so long, it is completely out of their control. Things happen, shortages happen, etc. People need patience. Stop being quick to blame and look around you, this is one of the nicest communities and if isn't up to tenants standards, then go someplace else! This is a great living enviroment!
I’ve lived here for almost two years. The first year was great. The second year we got new management and let’s just say it’s gone down hill so fast. There is always something broken. If it’s not a washing machine it’s a key pad to let you in outside. Or the machine to re-load your laundry card to do laundry. Don’t even get me started on the elevators. You looking to move? The crossing is the place for you. They offer the best washers that are broke all the time, the washing machine reup card machine always is down as well, they also offer two elevators one that has been broken since January thats suppose to use for everyone to move. But don’t you worry, the lounge makes up for it, you can go and get all your snacks and beverages you need, you like smell of marijuana? You came to the right place.
