I’ve lived here for almost two years. The first year was great. The second year we got new management and let’s just say it’s gone down hill so fast. There is always something broken. If it’s not a washing machine it’s a key pad to let you in outside. Or the machine to re-load your laundry card to do laundry. Don’t even get me started on the elevators. You looking to move? The crossing is the place for you. They offer the best washers that are broke all the time, the washing machine reup card machine always is down as well, they also offer two elevators one that has been broken since January thats suppose to use for everyone to move. But don’t you worry, the lounge makes up for it, you can go and get all your snacks and beverages you need, you like smell of marijuana? You came to the right place. We lived here almost 4 years. It unfortunately has just really gotten rundown. The grounds and public spaces especially are so beat up and dirty. The building desperately needs to be painted and refreshed and the grounds are no longer well maintained. Trash is frequently overflowing, garbage found all over parking lot and sidewalks, tons of parking lot lights burned out (extremely unsafe), exit doors broken not working etc. The fire alarms constantly go off all hours of the day and night - super annoying in general but terri... read more
It’s ok. I have to agree with reviewer VMB’s comment about the water, though. When I first moved in, the water got very hot as soon as you turned it on—almost like hot water on demand. I was especially impressed, being on the top floor. HECK YEAH. AWESOME. Then, this past fall, they “fixed” the boiler. Now, as other reviewers have mentioned, it takes several minutes to get hot (if it gets hot at all).
