We purchased our home in Hermitage TN 5 years ago and thought we were purchasing a good quality built home, but I was wrong. This builder have really big problem with building quality and their subcontractors. Workmanship of the house you get is way below average. You need to very carefully check everything during house walkthrough….you will find tons of issues that needs to be fixed- hard to believe what they consider as acceptable… After that warranty department is horrible. We had some siding panels fell off and they denied to repair it. Their warranty officer just replied that people buy insurance to cover that damages! Insane! Unbelievable!
Before I received the house, the concrete in front of the house was broken, and they promised me to fix it . Now, I have been living in the house for eight months, and it will not be repaired until now every time I called them I don’t have my answer . The second floor of the house has many problems, including the floor.
