Zero Stars!!! If you want to be charged for everything under the sun when you move out, paper thin walls, harassed by management in your personal space, charged for leaving your trashcan out One hour longer than you were supposed to, Or your car being towed because the owner of the complex has a deal with the towing company, Then this is the place for you!!!! Rented a 1 bedroom with my wife back in July of 2024, and from the get-go, our leasing agent Esper Gullatt was absolutely incredible. Super friendly, always adhered to our requests, super respectful, not pushy AT ALL. If we weren’t moving into a house, my wife and I would have stayed in the complex and Esper is a big reason for that. The gym is on the smaller side, but it had the equipment I needed and was very rarely crowded around the times I would go (~3-4 pm).
My wife and I have had a great experience at the crossing at Cooley station. The amenities are phenomenal and nothing like any surrounding complexes, but more importantly the staff are incredibly kind and helpful. When we first moved in, we were very stressed moving across the country with much on our plate. Esper was our leading agent we came in contact with, and he alleviated so much of the process of moving into our first apartment together. I moved in June 2024 and initially it was a really rocky experience however as soon as Esper took over as my agent it was smooth sailing from there. He’s hands down the best person in the office. Esper always does everything he can to help. I genuinely stayed at this complex because of my experiences with him.
