This is the place to live. It’s beautiful from the apartment itself and more. What’s even better than the place itself is the staff. Tina was the most sweetest person and extremely helpful and considerate. She ALWAYS does her best to communicate and work with you. I would give this place a 10 out of 10. Thank you so much Tina and keep up the good work guys
I’m rating this place one out of five stars. I had originally looked into this place because I had heard good reviews about the establishment. I was hoping to live here with my fiancé. At first everything was fine and Tina was amazing help. We ran into problems with our application process. We went down to the office and called to make sure we were doing it right. I just wanted to say thank you to Ms. Tina Gilpin for the hospitality she showed me when I went for my tour. She was very welcoming, informative and professional. The self guided tour was GREAT, the apartments are clean, up to date and in a good part of High Point. I searched high and low in the Greensboro/High Point area, this place was by far the best!
