I have lived at the Crossing for a few years now and haven't had an issue until the past six months. The maintenance crew and neighbors have been excellent. While there have been some changing of property managers, it has mostly been smooth sailing until NOW. Communication and replies from management is non-existent. Currently, a neighbor incessantly plays loud music that can range from 12AM-3AM. From my first visit to my first maintenance issue, I have been welcomed by the staff and community with open arms. My dogs are met everyday by a neighbor or employee with love and treats and that has made their new home transition so much easier. I cannot say enough kindness things about everyone I have encountered here at The Crossing. Thank you so much!

They had been very helpful and accomodating during the application process and even during my stay. All the staffs especially the maintenance personels had been courteous, pleasant and are always ready to provide a helping hand.
