Where to begin? We moved in to a disgusting place. Dog feces had been pushed from the apartment or patio onto the grass in front of our patio. I asked that it be cleaned up but ended up having to clean it myself. The apartment had not been cleaned as you would expect moving into a new place. My fiancé and I just moved out of this place after living here in two apartments over the last two years. The first apartment was not updated. The water made my dog and I sick immediately so we had to go buy a filter. The bedroom and closet flooded after it rained as it was on the ground floor. We moved to a more updated apartment with cheap vinyl flooring but nicer appliances. The bathtub was not updated and permanently yellow. They charge you for smart rent $45 and valet trash $25 in addition to your rent so be aware. The ... read more
