Dropped for a few days while in town on business. Immediately welcomed by the staff and members. The owner/coach gave me several pointers on how to improve my flexibility. He also gave me advice on dealing with my reoccurring tendinitis in my elbow. Got in some good WODs, did a lot of sweating. Great experience.
Everyone at this gym are friendly and extremely knowledgeable! The coaches here know a lot about fitness. I highly recommend you get lessons and massages from Andy.
Crossfit Cube is my home away from home. The coaches are awesome and knowledgable, the members/ athletes are extremely friendly, and the equipment and location is very well taken care. Highly recommend.
Horrible gym. Complete negligence from the coach the first day I tried out the gym landed me in the hospital with rhabdmyolisis. I almost went into kidney failure because the workout I was given, without correction of form or modifications, overexerted my body to the point of muscle atrophy. There's thousands of crossfit gyms in Miami...don't waste your time or money here.
