We really enjoyed our two years here! We had very few issues, and on the occasions we did need maintenance, they were quick to respond. The building was kept clean, and the location was great— Cavs and Guardians both in walkable distance. You also had quick highway access, which made it easy to avoid downtown traffic. Barb was always responsive, friendly, and helpful. Overall, we had a great experience!
Great place to live could use a bit more security to get in the building i witness somebody let 2 young men in last night with guns besides that the place is great
My son resided at the Creswell for 5 years thru this past June. The playhouse square location was fantastic with walking distances to numerous restaurants, groceries and multiple sports venues. 2 bedroom apt. was spacious and up to date. Management was always responsive and pleasant (Barb). Playhouse square and lake views were a big plus. We enjoyed our time there.
Great Front Office. Barbra is awesome and very professional
The creswell was very professional from start to finish. Great location, great neighbors, and great property manager. I highly recommend living here if you are looking for an apartment downtown!
