I lived in the Crestmont for four years. I am hard pressed to find a place that offers better value for what I paid in rent. Mrs. Loma was a terrific landlord. If she is still in charge, you all are in great hands. Perfect location - 5 minute walk from the metro, lots of restaurants nearby, and plenty of parking. Terrific place to live overall.
This is an amazing residential place to stay. It is situated in a very safe and convenient area with lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby, also metro is pretty close. I had the pleasure of having Mrs. Loma as the landlady and I could not have had a better experience. My roommate and I selected this place from India and Mrs. Loma facilitated the entire leasing process very smoothly and explained everything pretty clearly. I was living here between 2012-2014. It picks up a lot of memories today when I actually find this place on google map even I can't quite remember the address. A lot of memories linked to this place since this is my first stop to the US. Was a military person and transfer back to the graduate school at GU at that time. Christy was amazing person she shows how much she likes her job because she is great at it.I went on a tour and I have to say she was the best person for her job. I have been living here for 2 years ever since I moved to this area and recently just considered about moving because I got a new job that’s a little far - and after reading reviews of 100 other apartments and took some tours, I just realized how really amazing this apartment is so I decided to write something good about it.
