Although I did not live here finally, Ms.Loma really helped me a lot. As somebody who is new to this state, Ms.Loma shares all her kindness with a stranger who feels so confused about searching for an apartment, and she is so kind. I will always remember her patience and kindness.

I lived at the Crestmont from 2023-25 and would have stayed longer if I could have. The best part of living there was the property manager, Loma. She was responsive and diligent in resolving any issues with the apartment and was always friendly and kind to everyone in the complex. Even more importantly, Loma would proactively notify us of upcoming deadlines to make sure we were prepared and advising us on our options. I lived in the Crestmont for four years. I am hard pressed to find a place that offers better value for what I paid in rent. Mrs. Loma was a terrific landlord. If she is still in charge, you all are in great hands. Perfect location - 5 minute walk from the metro, lots of restaurants nearby, and plenty of parking. Terrific place to live overall.
