This place is horrible!!! The owners are extremely rude and don't know anything about customer service, or fitness - I will tell everyone I know to avoid this horrible gym!

We're so sorry you may have misunderstood our policies regarding using other people's membership cards especially during our after-hours access member benefit hours. In order to offer Crest members the best early a.m. and late p.m. (holidays included) health club hours in Wilmington, we must enforce the policy that only dues paying members that are registered to each card may be granted access.
