Sabrina and Priscilla went above and beyond to make sure us and the unit we wanted were taken care of. Highly recommend!

Edited to add: After moving out there was a class-action lawsuit against this business for unlawful charges and unsanitary living conditions in the apartments. The building was infested with roaches when we lived there so it wasn't a surprise. Great staff, shabby apartments. You get what you paid for with this place - small, roachy, and shabby. The staff working here are all very nice and helpful, but the quality of the maintenance work and really anything that costs money on the company's part is lacking.
I would like to take this opportunity to give the staff at West End Flats their flowers while they can smell them. I must say my experience with them has been great Ms. Sabrina was very patient and helpful throughout the whole process of me getting my apartment. Ms. Priscilla was also a very sweet and caring person when I went in they made me feel very welcomed and gave me that at home type of feeling thank you ladies for all that you do for the people of this community
Just moved into this great community. Priscilla and Sabrina have been great. Looking forward to my residency at West End Flats.
