My family is in town and visited the Crest at Sugarloaf property as we are looking to move in the near future. We were greeted with a warm welcoming smile by a lovely woman named Gemma. She was so patient, kind and made the experience truly fun ( my kids enjoyed the golf cart trip to the apartment we were touring ) and enjoyable. I love living at the Crest at Sugarloaf. I have been a resident here for the past 3 years and plan on staying longer. Although the leasing team has rotated in and out throughout the years, they never fail to provide service with a smile. The community ALWAYS has engaging events. The pool is monitored throughout the season — very helpful in a large community such as this. Maintenance is timely and helpful outside of their duty. Had the pleasure of meeting & processing my app with Anthony who is extremely exceptional in the area of customer service and very knowledgeable and helpful I enjoyed his friendly demeanor looking forward to calling this my new home/ New Update: have been here going on 3 years now as of this coming April 2026! Excelente servicio y muy amables
Far and Seenarine (maintenance) has been very helpful. My car was broken down and maintenance helped me. This is a great apartment complex from leasing to maintenance to the monthly events at the leasing office. Great pool in the summer too.
