Good luck dealing with Hiedi, the office manager and the people she hire if you're not Hispanic. She is rude and condescending. I complained about roaches everywhere and old appliances not working. It went on deaf ear and they were upset about my report and pretty much acted like I had the nerve to bring this information to them. No matter how clean you are there’s tiny roaches under the kitchen mouldings under the cabinets. Even after spraying and having scheduled exterminator contracted from apartment. Appliances are at least 10yrs old it seems. 2 bedroom for 1650ish and rent increases at least $30 every month. Lately there’s music blasting past midnight. Seems like some units are operated as nightclubs. Avoid crest at sugarloaf and take your money elsewhere.
