I have the only mototcycle on the property and use my assigned parkiing spot for it. The car gets parked on the street. For the first two months, with very high winds, the motorcycle NEVER "fell over" as I made sure it was secure against that. Now, all of a sudden, when there is no wind to speak of the bike has been pushed over twice.
