DON'T RENEW!! If I could give it zero stars, I would.. I've been living here since December 2023. If you move into these apartments, you're likely to have holes in your ceiling. NIGHTMARE ON NORTHSIDE CIR I wish I could give them no stars they have a ROACH INFESTATION that apparently they don’t wanna fix what ever company they call out products are horrible they have been out 3 or 4x the same results They do not try to handle anything with urgency rent too damn high for this So If You Don’t Know Now you Know and a lot of the sockets in the apartment do not work shit is ridiculous Tub paint comes off after one use the shower rail is leaning microwave was broke n glued together shit is ridiculous have... read more
The office staff is impeccable!! Michael the maintenance supervisor is prompt, knowledgeable and very efficient. He even assisted with my coffee machine when it broke. The property is very well taken care of and cleaned daily.
