NOT Smoke Free The is a beautiful property and we love our luxury apartment. Our uint is private and quiet. The management is wonderful but the property is NOT smoke free as stated above in the description. My neighbors are very nice but the smokers are extremely inconsiderate and smoke constantly. Don't plan on enjoying your deck or patio without breathing secondhand smoke. Lovely community in old Fair Oaks I love it here! Apartments are clean and feel luxurious with a fireplace, patio/balcony, indoor washer/dryer (a must!),crown molding, nice kitchens with cherry cabinetry and granite counter tops, private garages as well as carports.
