I was trying to set up an appointment for service and spoke with "Cari" on the phone. Trying to set an appt was a challenge as the 1st thing Cari mentioned was a "deposit" for the appointment and then the "extra" costs for blow drying etc. WTH??? Price for a cut is $37 and then if you need the extras it's upwards of $70. She sounds young and awkward on the phone... was a "different" conversation. From the other reviews this seems to be an "alternative" place.

My experience at Crescent Salon with Cari was excellent! I got a men’s haircut. We did a quick Zoom call before I arrived so that we both could understand what I needed. Once I arrived, we discussed how I wanted to style my hair, she gave me some tips, and we were on our way. She did a great job with the haircut and I was happy with the result. We had a good conversation too while Cari was working. I will call Cari again whenever I need hair care services.

Cari is so nice and attentive! I’ve been going to her a few times now since moving and I’ve always loved my hair after! She was also honest with me that my previous hairstylist had cut unevenly so she worked to get it straightened out. Highly recommend :)
