A week later and THEY STILL WILL NOT GIVE ME BACK MY DEPOSIT FOR A DISGUSTING ROOM WITH A MISSING SMOKE DETECTOR AND HOLES IN THE WALLS!!!! I usually don't pay attention to ratings but... BIG mistake. Walked in to the room and the TV was on, pillowson 1 bed not set as well as a missing smoke detector and dirty fuzzy balls on the bed under the missing smoke detector. First, I am not one to leave reviews, and I am very understanding; however, this place was really quite awful. We booked our room 10 days before our desired date. We drove from Gainesville to this hotel after a game and got here around 10:30 pm. We expected the check in process to be smooth as it had been for the past 4 hotels we had stayed in over the course of our road trip. That was not the case. Dirty rooms. Roaches. Rude staff. Unwilling to fix issues or compensate for the poor conditions. Was told I could either just suck it up or leave with no refund.
