my father was just a patient there and he wouldn't get his meds on time. He wasn't cleaned or diaper changed in a timely manner. On more than one occasion he needed changed from a BM and we asked for over an hour with nothing done. Two CNAs come in to assess the situation only to say they needed wipes or help. They didn't come back for over half an hour. I got upset and called the front desk. The desk called a charge nurse and it still took 10 more minutes for the CNA to come clean him. The worst. Don’t fall in love with the aesthetics. It is worse than average overall. There are a few that try, but it is not enough. Please don’t take your loved one there. Just don’t.
Medical care lacking. Staff was overwhelmed as they needed more staff. Nice decor but food not appetizing
The facilities are nice but poor staff and service. There is no urgency and when requesting something, the staff makes it seem like such an inconvenience. Three days in a row, no linens or blankets- took hours to get. The pacient laid on a cold plastic bed with nothing. Called the facilities on a Memorial day evening and no answer, � about 5-6 times at the number listen. There are a few great nurses but many more rough and disgruntled ones. It's a beautiful place. But, the nursing staff is horrible. I will be contacting the Admins!!
