ROACH INFESTED nasty apartments. I fought with office many times over it. They were never treated. I was pretty much forced to stay there after getting a divorce and needing a place fast. I saved to move and got the heck out of there to an actual nice apartment. Constant water issues from being shut off. Pipes clogged. A/c had to be serviced more than I can count. If I could give The Rand at Lansdowne zero stars, I would. This place is an absolute nightmare. My fiancée, her family, and I moved in hoping for a decent place to live, but it was anything but. The cockroach infestation was horrendous—no matter how clean we kept our apartment, they were everywhere. Management was a revolving door, and every new person was just as useless as the last. Update: exterminators have been in, apartment has closed up all "area" the roaches may have crawled through under sinks, etc. It has been about a week since exterminator, and days since completing the "closing up" of areas. Two roaches seen and killed three days ago. None yesterday. The apartment management has been wonderful through all of this. Although the first couple of weeks were fine, and we were given what we needed for maintenance, etc. as we are new tenants....I have to write this for anyone considering this comple... read more

Horrible!!! Don’t waste your money!! My daughter lived in these roach infested apartments! Management is absolutely the worst. She had homeless people sleeping in the hallways. She was without air conditioning for 2 months this summer in the upper 90 degree weather. They gave her a very small window unit which didn’t even get the temp down any lower than 80. She had two dogs and herself that she had to live somewhere else because they couldn’t live there in that heat. There was a time when they didn’t log her rent, which she... read more
