we can watch the wildlife right off your Balcony. and it is very quit and peaceful here
GENTRIFICATION. rude staff. dont care about current tenants living here. is increasing rent for a under 500 square foot studio to over 700 dollars for rent. much nicer apartments in the same town. friendlier staff. fireplace. pools. and much more amenities than currently at creeks of Gladstone offer a 2 bedroom for nearly the same price as they are charging for a studio. spend your hard earned money and time elsewhere. they dont want your business they just want to take your money and turn a profit off of you.
