I currently live there and at first it was a nice apartment but we starting seeing spots in my ceiling and I was told it was mildew and turns out it is mold rodant urine and I also have mold underneath my kitchen sink. I have caught 3 mice in the last couple months, my living room wall is starting to cave in. It's a beautiful complex if they would keep up with the maintenance and keep up with the pest control.
I am moving into a beautiful multi-family townhome coming June and I can't wait! My daughters and I are extremely excited for a fresh start at such a beautiful property! My meeting with Niki the property manager was very pleasant and direct. She was very friendly and I can't wait to be a tenant of hers! Now we are just counting down the days until it's MOVE IN DAY
Horrible place to live. They only allow 1-2 cars depending on the apartment even though we rent a three bedroom "luxury" apartment. They will tow you even if you are parked in the visitor center. The day before we were scheduled to move in they said the apartment wouldn't be ready even though the previous tenant had been out for a week minimum. When we finally moved in it reeked of bong water. The shower leaks into the kitchen, the curtain wasn't attached to the wall, the floor has holes in it. I can't think of a single reas... read more
I currently live here. If I could leave a negative review, I would. First off, payments for rent are not consistent what so ever. One month you’ll pay the amount that is stated on your lease, the next it would be higher or lower. Never the same. It took them 3 visits to actually fix the dishwasher (which never really got fixed but ended up replaced), our air didn’t work for half the months we needed it and took them 4 visits for them to actually fix (which also just ended up needing to be replaced).
