The apartment inside is decent. Had a 2 bedroom/2bathroom apartment which included a washer/dryer. It's a little older but looks very nice. The water heater is in the master bedroom closet. Not a deal breaker, just inconvenient. Biggest problem is the roaches. First night found over 15 roaches. And found at least 1-3 every night after. Neighbors will leave trash bags out on the front porch for the entire weekend. Constant smell of Marijuana from multiple neighbor's apartments.
