Friendly people and great customer service.
Some of the people are friendly, but the services are highly outdated. We can only pay ACH over the phone on our loan we have through them. I hate doing that, because it takes forever to clear our bank, so instead we drive to Springfield once a month to make payments. I know we could mail them in, but I dont trust that either. We had an checking account with them and because we didn't use it at stores they closed it. Never told us or anything.
