I have been trying to get in contact with this company for years. *********************** returned my call one time and then nothing. I am still paying on an FHA loan I recieved for their broken service. I need to know how to fix this. Please help.
This company is NOT the firm I've done business with 8 years ago. I requested an inspection of my crawl space after which I accepted the quoted price and subsequent scheduling of the job. The "inspector" from the Basement Guys left with a $350 deposit and was never heard from after that.
