Great hotel in a cool location with top notch service.
Update April 8, 2025. The hotel management reached out to us. They were extremely helpful. They explained their pricing and ADA tiers. The 3rd party reservation service we had reached originally was not aware of the additional tiers of ADA accommodations. The Crawford management was quite apologetic and thanked us for bringing this to their attention. Gracie even provided photos of the access to bathroom! Despite being an older hotel, it's impeccably clean. The friendly staff, coupled with the secure environment near the station, creates a sense of safety. The excellent location offers easy access to everything and numerous nearby dining choices. I would definitely stay here again.
