He took time to thoroughly explain his options, patiently answered our questions and addressed our concerns. Wonderful doctor and staff!!! I was reluctant to have surgery again but they made the experience a great one. Very open to questions and I never felt like just another patient....

Great doctor and the staff is wonderful
My daughter received 8 weeks of ear well molding for her ear deformities and now everyone calls her the beautiful baby with the "perfect ears." Dr. Payne and his staff were so kind and patient with her and with me, and I felt so comfortable in their care. The results were excellent and I am so glad we did it! It was worth every penny and I know my daughter will be happy I chose to do it when she is older! Thank you, Dr. Payne!
My son was born with a rare ear deformity, not even my pediatrician knew about it and dismissed it as something my son would grow into. Thankfully I did some research and found Dr. Payne and saw that he does ear moulding therapy with the earwell device. I had read about it and was excited to call and set up my son's appointment! My son is a patient of Dr. Payne. Both he and his staff were wonderful to work with! It is not easy bringing a newborn to the doctor but they made the process as pleasant as possible.
