I worked with John Craig on the sale of my house and purchase of my new house. Re. the purchase of my new house, John was very strong in asking questions to understand what was most important to me. We looked at multiple properties and he helped me find the one that was the best fit. Re. the sale of my house, I was pleased that John’s pricing analysis was solid and I got the price I was looking for with much less work than pushed by other realtors I interviewed.
