I worked with John Craig on the sale of my house and purchase of my new house. Re. the purchase of my new house, John was very strong in asking questions to understand what was most important to me. We looked at multiple properties and he helped me find the one that was the best fit. Re. the sale of my house, I was pleased that John’s pricing analysis was solid and I got the price I was looking for with much less work than pushed by other realtors I interviewed.
We have used Judy for years, through multiple real estate sales and purchases. I really couldn't recommend her more highly. She has been indispensable in finding a property, negotiations, last minute escrow agreements, etc. We'll certainly continue to use her in the future.
